Delivery Cost

North Island & Waiheke Island

Orders over $79.00 are delivered free. Orders below $79 incur $5.50 shipping fee.

Click & Collect orders do not require minimum value i.e. orders of any value can be opted as click & collect. No shipping fee is payable on click & collect orders.

South Island

Shipping fee is payable for South Island deliveries and is charged at the checkout based on weight of the order.
Up to 10kg  = $8.21

Up to 20kg = $15.88

40kg = $31.76

40+kg = $15.88 per additional 20kg, for example shipping cost for order weighing 60kg will $47.64, 80kg = $63.52 and so forth.

South Island Rural Surcharge of $5.00 applies to all South Island rural deliveries.

Great Barrier Island 

Shipping fee is payable for Great Barrier Island deliveries and is charged at the checkout based on weight of the order.
Up to 10kg = $8.21

New Zealand Post & Post Haste Courier Service

New Zealand Post & Post Haste is our delivery partners.

Orders are dispatched by overnight courier from our Wellington based warehouse.  Deliveries to rural addresses may take additional 2-3 working days. South Island non-rural delivery takes between 2-3 working days and South Island rural addresses may require additional 2 -3 working days.

Orders received and subscription renewing in the weekend and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking

An email with tracking information is sent by New Zealand Post once the parcel is picked up and registered in the New Zealand Post network.

Weekend Shipping & Instructions

Couriers don’t operate on weekends and public holidays. If a subscription renews on a weekend or public holiday then the order is dispatched on the next working day.

The courier will endeavour to follow the delivery instructions. The drivers are authorized to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature.

Same Day Delivery

Same day is delivery service is potentially available for Wellington customers. A shipping fee payable for same day delivery service. Please contact us (email sales@petfoodclub.co.nz or phone 0800 300 366) to obtain shipping cost for same day delivery service.

Deliveries outside New Zealand

Shipping cost applies for International delivery.

Hours of Operation

The Pet Food Club website is open 24/7 for you to place orders and edit your subscription if required.

Due to implementing some operational efficiency changes, the warehouse is now only open for packing out orders from 7:30 am until mid morning on Monday to Thursday. It is now closed on Friday. Any subscription orders that are set to renew on a Friday will be moved to Thursday.

All subscription orders are now set to process before 7am each weekday morning.

If your order is placed or edited outside of the warehouse operating hours, it will be packed when the warehouse is next open.
